This area of space has lots of Tier I Space Slaying opportunities.

For Tier I Hidden Daggers: Binayre Razorcat, Rayless Lantern, and The Void

For Tier I Black Sun: Secure Route ID-5N, Alliance I & II stations, Pirates Shadow

For Tier I Imperial: Talus Space Station, Alliance I & II stations, Talus Secta

I just autopilot between the points while pressing the 'T' key to find the ships I need to fill each quota. It's best to look for YT-1300s, Lamba Shuttles, and Gunships, because those usually have all the other types you are looking for escorting them. With Gunships, take out the escorting ships first if you are still a low level pilot. Once they are alone, it's easier to focus on them.
